Waterproof Tarpaulin Laminating Machine
LMTP Series
The LMTP series is a plastic extrusion laminating machine production line designed specifically for HDPE/PP waterproof tarpaulin lamination. Its main design features include ensuring firm adhesion of the woven tarpaulin after lamination, uniform distribution of film thickness without color deviation, and a smooth surface without wrinkles.
Purpose:
The LMTP series primarily functions to provide two types of laminating processes.
- Single-sided lamination of HDPE/PP tarpaulin, with double-sided lamination completed in two stages.
- Double-sided lamination of HDPE/PP tarpaulin, with simultaneous lamination achieved using two extruders.
Features:
- Special screw design for producing high-quality color films with uniform discharge.
- PLC programming and HMI device, facilitating thickness setting, synchronized speed control, and parameter memory in operation.
- Automatic fabric detection and feeding function for the unwinding unit, and automatic fabric roll change function with speed setting for the winding unit.
- Automatic tension control system and specially designed guide wheels for maintaining the flatness of fabric rolls.
- Customized designs option available based on customer requirements.
