Main Purpose
Essential auxiliary equipment requiring high production, high quality, and stable discharge for extruded products. Suitable for PP/HDPE tape line machines, filament machines, film laminating machines, calender machines, or cast film machines, and other related extrusion equipment.
Main Features
☆ 1. Made of special steel with high hardness, high toughness and high wear resistance, processed with precision machining and hardness treatment to ensure the durability of the gear pump.
☆ 2. Precise pressure control at the gear pump's front end and providing feedback to the screw of the extruder for pressure compensation, resulting in stable plastic discharge. Additionally, minimizes the impact of screw pulsation on discharge.
